LOGO DESIGN

Mood Board: Creation of color pallette and visual inspiration board of images to narrow down your style and brand. {Includes 1 revision}

Logo Variations: Includes 4 (four) logo design variations. Each logo will be unique and completely different than the other. {Includes 2 revisions}

Brand Style Board: Detailed brand board including all logo and branding elements including: Logo, secondary logo, and submark/elements in .jpg, .png, and .eps file formats. You will receive color codes, patterns (in 300dpi JPEG). Fonts are not included and other design files are an extra charge. 


BRAND DESIGN

Business Card: Design business card designed uniquely for your brand and business. Additional cards can be set up for $50 a card. 

Stationery: Custom designed letterhead + envelop or notecard + envelope design of your choice.

Stamp//Sticker: Custom self inking/rubber stamp and/or a sticker design of your choice. 

Facebook Page: Design and set up of a Facebook page.  Includes cover image, profile image, and button set up to fit your business. 

Social Media Launch Kit: Complete How-To guide to launch your new brand with social media posts, content, images, for your social channels, website, and blog. 

NOTES: Each print item receives 1 round of revisions. You will receive PDF files for each piece and .jpg files for each image element (social media images, Facebook images, ect.) Print quotes are available for all printing costs, which will be billed separately. Other design files are an additional cost. 

 

WEBSITE DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT

Homepage Design: Design and development of website homepage to house all other pages. Can include image slider, main and secondary navigation, social icons, testimonials, blog feed, and custom footer options. 

Interior Pages: Includes the design and development of 5 interior pages. Ex: Home, About, Contact, Gallery, Portfolio. NOTE:: Extra page design and development is an extra $125 per page. {Includes 1 round of revisions}
 
Blog: Includes Blog page to match your website with a full blog post feed. This includes blog archives and categories making posts easy to navigate. 

Tutorial: Included in the web package is a 30 how to tutorial and links to resources to help you manage and maintain your website. Additional help and tutorial management will be billed at an hourly rate. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Clients are responsible for the cost and registration of their domain and annual hosting fees. All websites are built within the Squarespace CMS system. For all Sqaurespace pricing options visit https://www.squarespace.com/pricing/ .  E Commerce sites are built with either Squarespace or Shopify. We will discuss the best route for you and your business in our consultation. Please know that O+F is not responsible for any server downtime or issues with Squarespace or Shopify. Please allow up to 48 for domain transferring.

Package includes:

Social media maintenance and management is $325 for three month of posting on two social media channels of your choice. Add a 3rd channel for $100.

ECOMMERCE WEBSITE DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT $3,500


Package includes:

Homepage Design: Design and development of website homepage to house all other pages. Can include image slider, main and secondary navigation, social icons, testimonials, blog feed, and custom footer options. 

Product navigation: Includes the organization of products according to tags and categories. Also includes design and development of your e-commerce site to best fit you products and consumer. 

Products: This e-commerce package includes your homepage, product navigation, blog, and 40 products to start the launch of your store. If you already have more than 40 products to launch, additional products will be billed at $350/per 20 products.
 
Blog: Includes Blog page to match your website with a full blog post feed. This includes blog archives and categories making posts easy to navigate.

ECOMMERCE THROUGH FACEBOOK $925

With Shopify, an Online Ecommerce Host, you have the ability to skip the the large project scope of an online website. With Shopify Lite ($9/mth) you have the ability to sell your products through Facebook. It gives you a Shop tab on your Facebook page with the ability to add items to a live shopping cart and buy products straight from you Facebook Page. This is perfect for those who are just starting the Ecommerce venture and maybe not commit fully to the full Ecommerce Package. 

Facebook Setup: Set up of your business Facebook page. With the ability to customize your tabs, add a Shop tab and a call to action button. 

Products: You'll get 40 products to start the launch of you store. Those products are included with this package. All other products needed to be added will be billed separately for $350/20 products. 

This a great way to launch your Ecommerce business and allows a seamless transition to a full online store in the future.

 

WEBSITE DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT $2,000

Package Includes:

The best thing about this package is I will allow unlimited images for your website. This is a huge opportunity to display all your graphics. 

Interior Pages: Includes the design and development of 5 interior pages catered to your business and brand. Ex: Home, About, Contact, Gallery, Portfolio. NOTE:: Extra page design and development is an extra $125 per page. {Includes 1 round of revisions}
 
Blog: 
Includes Blog page to match your website with a full blog post feed. This includes blog archives and categories making posts easy to navigate. 

Tutorial: Included in the web package is a 30 how to tutorial and links to resources to help you manage and maintain your website. I am able to help and make edits to your site up to a week after your launch. After those seven days, additional help and tutorial management will be billed at an hourly rate.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

A single custom design can be designed for t-shirts, promotional materials, or a specific event. 

Simple $75: 

A simple design would be a single color, include up to two different font choices and can include simple shapes. 

Detailed $125: 

A detailed design can include up to three different colors, two different font choices, and can include shapes, patterns, or custom drawings. 

Intricate $325 :

An intricate design will include intricate details, as many colors as desired, custom artwork, calligraphy, and/or multiple graphics. Your idea can be fulfilled to its best with an intricate design.

How does it work?

PROCESS

Before booking your project, you will will fill out a detailed questionnaire to make sure that all of the project goals are covered and we have a timeframe in mind. 

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
After you have filled out your questionnaire form, we will set up a phone call, video call, or a place to meet (if you are local). I will ask you some question regarding your business and how you envision your business and brand. We will discuss your goals, your mission, and how O+F can best help you achieve those. This is a great time to get to know more about each other and gather information. From your questoinnare and our consultation I will be able to give you a detailed quote for your project. 

2. PROJECT OUTLINE
If we both agree that this is a great fit, I will put together a full quote and a detailed timeline of our project. If the quote and schedule is to your liking, and approved, you can sign the proposal and send it back to me. And don't forget to keep a copy for yourself. Then I will ask you to submit your deposit payment amount (via check or paypal) to hold your project spot. Based on the project total I do allow project payment plans depending on what you are comfortable with.

3. PROCESS + SCHEDULE
Once the deposit payment has been paid and the terms have been signed, I will send over a detailed schedule for our project. It will include the entire process form Start -->Finish. This will note when you can expect your designs, mockups, and final files. I will also include due dates for your "homework" (questionnaires, branding details, website content, etc.) This is a great tool to stay in communication and on track. 

4. YOUR HOMEWORK
Yes, there is some work involved for this process on your end. I will ask that you finish my branding questionnaire. If fitting, I will ask that you create a detailed pinterest board and share it with me. This is a great way for me to see you style, your favorite color choices, and the things that catch you eye. 

5. INSPIRATION
This is where it really gets FUN. I want to know what drives your style, your business, and maybe even your wardrobe choices. This brand and business is who you are, so it's my job to bring it to life. The best way for me to do that is to put together a color palette and inspiration board to make sure we are heading in the right direction. Once approved, the project can progress. Please approve within 7 business days. After approval, you will receive your first logo variation to review. You can have up to 2 revisions, just to make sure you love it. After the logo is finalized, you will expect your full branding board (logo, secondary logo, sub/watermark, patterns) so you can see your full design come together.  

6. BRAND COMPLETIONS
Once the branding board is completed, we can finalize your logo and branding elements. At this point, I will be able to continue your brand throughout your social pages, website, and print materials. I will send over your final invoice for you project, and once completed I will send you your final files. 

7. WEBSITE DESIGN
At this point, we have your brand and style established. I will begin designing your website after I receive all your content, files, and images. I will share a Google Drive folder with you so that you can share your content with me. After I complete the initial setup and design, you will be able to view your website. It is at this point where you will be able to make notes and request edits. 

8. FOLLOW UP
Your website is a crucial part of your business, and I want to absolutely make sure that it fits all of your needs and also, that you love it. Not just like, LOVE. 
I welcome you to schedule a time for us to go over your new website and let me walk you through how to edit and maintain your website. We will also discuss any changes or edits you may have. I will also be able to better explain the functionality and use of your site. 

9. THE LAUNCH
Once your final payment has been made and the tutorial process has been completed, your site is ready to be launched! Once you are ready we will transfer the site over to your hosting and domain. Please allow up to 48 for this transfer. I will allow requests and edits up to one week of your site launch. All requests after that will be billed separately.
